Payment & Retainer
A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Bookings within 14 days require full payment up front.
Delivery Window
Standard delivery is scheduled 2–4 hours prior to your ceremony start time. Included within 40 km of our warehouse; standard distance rates apply beyond that zone.
Rental Duration
Items are rented for one event day. Extended rental periods are available upon request and subject to additional fees.
Pickup & Teardown
Standard pickup takes place right after your event ends or by the following morning, coordinated in advance with your venue schedule.

Need to change your date or venue? Contact us directly. Transfers are subject to date availability across GTA venues.
Date Exclusivity
We limit the number of weddings per weekend to ensure white-glove setup and complete attention for every couple.
